Fair by design
These rules are built into the system, so they don't depend on anyone remembering to apply them.
-
One student, one vote
Once a vote is recorded, any second attempt in the same election is rejected.
-
Open only when scheduled
Votes are accepted only between the start and end time the administrator sets.
-
Limits on every position
A student can't pick more candidates than a position allows.
-
A trail of administrator activity
Sign-ins and changes to elections, candidates and students are recorded in an audit log.
Voting takes three steps
It works the same on a phone or a computer, and takes only a couple of minutes.
-
Sign in
Enter your Student ID and the password your school gave you.
-
Choose
Pick your candidates for each position. Photos help you recognise who is who.
-
Review and submit
Check your selections, then confirm. Your vote is recorded once, and you see a confirmation straight away.
Forgot your password? Use the reset link on the sign-in page, or ask your school administrator.
Who uses it
Each school has its own space. Its students, elections and results are kept separate from every other school.
Students
See the elections open to you, vote, and check on your dashboard whether you have already voted.
Administrators
- Create elections with a start and end time
- Add positions and candidates, with photos
- Import your voters from a CSV file
- Follow turnout live and print the list of students who haven't voted
- Print or export the official results report
System owners
Add a school and its first administrator in one step. The administrator receives sign-in details by email and sets a new password at first sign-in. An overview shows schools, students and active elections across the whole system.
Ready when you are.
Sign in with your Student ID or your administrator email. Can't sign in? Ask your school administrator to check your account.
